Hai.. Sorry sangat.. Cik yani agak Bz.. ni baru sempat nak tulis pasal gym yang slalu pegi.. slalu memang masuk kelas aerobik je.. yang best kat sini ada ladies gym.. level 1.. level 2 boleh campur laki pompuan.. so tak de la segan sangat nak besenam.. hehehee...
awal-awal register ada la sorang member ni ajak.. konon katenye nak kurus.. hehehe... ikotkan je la... dah register dapat la kad dan keychain.



bulanan tak de la mahal sangat.. memang berbaloi la.. jadi ahli kelas aerobik free je..

THURSDAY 
6:30pm–7:30pm BODY PUMP by SYED
1st week Body Pump MIX Class
8:00pm–9:00pm BODY KOMBAT MIX Class by SYED
9:30pm–10:30pm BODY PUMP for GUYS by SYED

FRIDAY 
6:30pm – 7:30pm ZUMBA by TINI 
8:00pm – 9:00pm BOKWA by TINI

SATURDAY
5:00pm–6:00pm MUAY THAI by ISYA

SUNDAY 
9:30am–10:30am FAST FIT by ISYA

MUAY THAI – Members only

air ni kadang kadang membantu.. bila petang balik keje agak penat.. kurang la sikit penat.. cuma tak boleh minum selalu.. gula tinggi.. 


jom tengok sikit gambar gambar aerobik.. nak tunjuk lebih lebih sampai esok tak abis taip.. hehehhee..













kalau korang nak tengok lebih lagi bleh terus pegi ke EZ Blast Gym ... Daaaa ~~~
